About the Role

Job Title: Welders Location: Lansing, MI Type of Role: Contract to Hire Shift: 2nd Shift – 2:30 PM to 12:30 AM or 3:30

PM to 1:30 AM, Monday–Saturday (Sundays as needed) Pay: $23.00 – $27.50/hour with 7% shift premium POSITION OVERVIEW: We

are seeking experienced Welders (2nd Shift) to support fabrication and assembly of metal components for military

equipment and infrastructure. This role is responsible for performing various welding techniques, interpreting

blueprints, and ensuring all welded components meet structural and quality standards. The ideal candidate has strong

MIG/TIG welding experience, can work with multiple metals, and thrives in a fast-paced manufacturing environment focused
