About the Role

Welder UDM3 - LAPEER, MI 48446 Overview Level Experienced Description Perform advanced MIG and TIG welding, including

structural welds and basic tool repair. Program and adjust automated or robotic welding equipment as needed. Operate

basic machining equipment such as a Bridgeport mill and lathe. Modify and repair fixtures to meet production and quality

requirements. Safely and effectively operate a plasma cutter for part fabrication. Utilize basic Computer-Aided Design

(CAD) tools to support fabrication and layout tasks. Use precision measuring tools, including calipers and micrometers,

to verify part accuracy. Work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining consistent quality and
