About the Role
Test Driver Hourly Full Time The TPG Driver (L1) is responsible for safely operating test vehicles across multiple
locations in Southwest Michigan to replicate and understand customer experiences in specific environments. This role
involves driving test vehicles under diverse conditions, identifying and documenting abnormalities or issues, and
sharing findings with technicians and engineers. Perform daily vehicle evaluations, cycling through 100+ components per
shift. Simulate typical customer driving behavior based on provided instructions. Complete approximately 80% of work
hours driving and 20% inspecting and reporting. Ensure adherence to all driving laws and regulations. License & Driving
