team and management Show proficiency with communication via recorded line phone system Manage email boxes for multiple
locations and collaborate on regional emails Entry of all manual orders and processing of other AS400 system orders
Manage escalated Client Success VINs with carriers and agents Investigating kickback of VINs by carriers to get units
re-dispatched Create and manage corrective action of a vendor Monitoring order entry failures throughout the day and
correct Monitoring and correcting master data files for location errors Measuring performance understanding analytics
