About the Role

Electronics Manufacturing Operator Support our electronics manufacturing operations. This role is responsible for

operating SMT equipment to produce high-quality circuit board assemblies, while maintaining safety, quality, and

production efficiency standards. Duties: Set up and operate SMT equipment including pick-and-place machines, stencil

printers, and reflow ovens Load feeders, components, and program jobs per work instructions and production schedule

Perform first-piece inspections and in-process quality checks Monitor machine performance and make adjustments to

maintain quality and output Identify and troubleshoot machine issues, jams, or placement defects Verify correct parts,
