Ride Mechanic Foreman

About the Role

Responsible for effectively planning, organizing, and directing daily tasks within the Ride Maintenance Department.

Works with Ride & Waterpark Maintenance Manager and Area Manager in assigning, instructing, training, and directing

subordinates in a concise manner, with an emphasis on team member development and accountability. Provides first-line

supervision of Ride Mechanics as they perform daily tasks. · Plan and schedule routine work and inspections. · Recommend

changes in procedure that are consistent with a continuous improvement approach within Ride Maintenance. · Keep accurate

records of inspections, maintenance, and repairs performed by crews. · Enforce company policies, including grooming
