Production Worker

About the Role

Aerotek - - Responsibilities: Assist with the staging process as the final step in the production workflow, ensuring

mattress units are correctly prepared for shipment.; Work alongside the shipping team to place mattress units on carts

and stage them according to supervisor instructions and written directions.; Lift and move mattress components weighing

approximately 4050 pounds throughout the shift, often with a teammate.; Maintain pace with the production and assembly

line to help the team meet efficiency and output goals.; Work a first-shift schedule, typically Monday through Friday,

usually from 7:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., with flexibility to work extended shifts of 1012 hours and occasional Saturdays as
