About the Role
Production Associate- Assembly (1st Shift) Based in Clare, MI the Rogers Group is a family-owned collection of
innovative businesses that provide solutions to markets ranging from sports and entertainment to in home food
preservation. Assemble the variety of products manufactured by Rogers Group and its entities at the designated work
area. Product assembly will differ based on business needs and will be assembled at a workstation rather than an
assembly line. The ideal assembler will be mechanically inclined with a strong working knowledge of blueprints, hand and
power tools. Positions parts according to the work order and blueprints. Fastens parts together with bolts, screws,
