Job Description Job Description Position Summary: The Plumber/HVAC Technician is responsible for the installation,

maintenance, inspection, and repair of plumbing, heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems throughout the

property or facility. This role ensures all systems operate efficiently, safely, and in compliance with building codes

and company standards. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems including

water supply lines, waste disposal systems, and fixtures. Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on HVAC

systems, including air handlers, condensers, heat pumps, furnaces, and thermostats. Diagnose and repair leaks, clogs,
