About the Role

Overview The Highlands at Harbor Springs is seeking a dependable Indoor Maintenance Technician to join our facilities

team. This position is responsible for maintaining hotel and condominium guest rooms by responding to service calls and

completing maintenance work orders. The ideal candidate is hands-on, reliable, and willing to learn various aspects of

hotel maintenance, including HVAC, plumbing, and general repairs. Previous maintenance experience is preferred, but we

are willing to train the right candidate. This is a full-time, year-round position that includes a variety of employee
