About the Role

is to receive and dispatch emergency and routine calls for towing, roadside service, recovery and transportation. This

is a full-time, non-exempt position reporting to the Towing Manager. Work with local and State law enforcement agencies

to ensure that they have everything they need. * Track driver pickups throughout the workday. * Able to learn software

for data entry and reports and follow instruction. * Follows company quality, safety and environmental guidelines as

well as employee handbook policies. * Regular interaction with peers on-site, including face-to-face meetings and
