About the Role
Core Responsibilities: Lead daily operations of the Hot Runner assembly team including assigning tasks, monitoring
performance, and ensuring deadlines are met. Review, interpret, and clarify complex engineering drawings and CAD files
to guide accurate hot runner assembly. Set up, assemble, wire, and test hot runner systems ensuring all parts meet
required specifications and certification standards. Serve as the primary technical resource for troubleshooting issues
related to hot runner functionality. Verify assembled parts using precision measuring instruments and maintain
high-quality production output. Provide training and mentoring to team members to build skills and ensure adherence to
