Master Electrician/supervisor

About the Role

Position Overview The Master Electrician/Supervisor is responsible for overseeing day‑to‑day field operations on

commercial electrical projects, ensuring all work is installed safely, on time, within budget, and in compliance with

the National Electrical Code (NEC), Michigan electrical code, and company standards. The ideal candidate is a hands‑on

leader who can manage crews, coordinate with GC/owners, and solve complex field issues while maintaining a strong safety

culture. Key Responsibilities: Lead and supervise crews of journeyman and apprentice electricians on commercial projects

(tenant improvements, ground‑up, service work, and remodels). Plan, lay out, and delegate daily tasks based on drawings,
