About the Role

General Production Worker As a General Production Worker, you will be responsible for efficiently operating assigned

workstations. Your primary tasks will involve loading small parts onto a broach, operating the machine, and then

transferring the finished parts to a designated bin. The cycle times for processing parts can vary between 5 to 20

seconds. You will also be required to move bins weighing up to 25lbs to different locations and complete small

production forms each day. This role demands standing for an 8-hour shift while meeting production targets for specific
