About the Role

Maintenance Technician We are searching for a Maintenance Technician for our Cambridge Square / Plymouth Arms apartment

communities. The Maintenance Technician assists in maintaining the physical condition of the exterior and interior of

the property and provide resident satisfaction. Complete all maintenance requests in an efficient and courteous manner.

Repair and maintain simple electrical circuits, switches, outlets, and lighting fixtures. Repair, install and maintain

basic plumbing fixtures such as water heaters, lavatories, toilets, dishwashers. Repair carpeting and tile. Maintain
