About the Role

Maintenance Technician II (Cambridge Towers) WinnCompanies is looking for a Maintenance Technician II to join our team

at Cambridge Towers, a 250-unit affordable housing community located in Detroit, MI. In this role, you will perform

maintenance functions in the community, including rental units, residential common areas, office, grounds, and parking

lots. Monday through Friday from 8:00AM-5:00PM with on-call duty required. Diagnose and make repairs in such areas as,

but not limited to, appliances, carpentry, hardware accessories, masonry, painting, and basic electrical, plumbing, and

HVAC. Perform maintenance service orders associated with the preventive maintenance program, building and safety
