About the Role

Maintenance Technician, Battle Creek ~ 27-30/hour (Journeyman Card $31+/hour) ~ The Maintenance Technician maintains,

troubleshoots, and repairs a wide range of industrial production equipment, with an equal focus on mechanical and

electrical systems. This role supports high-level CNC machining operations and related manufacturing processes by

performing preventive and reactive maintenance on mills, lathes, grinders, forging equipment, heat treat equipment,

magnesium phosphate machines, conveyors, and associated automation. The technician ensures equipment reliability,

minimizes downtime, and contributes to a safe and efficient production environment. Perform both mechanical and
