About the Role

Maintenance Supervisor, Welder Repair The Maintenance Supervisor, Welder Repair is responsible for directing, coaching,

and leading all resistance welding activities within the Assembly area. This position will supervise Weld Repairmen

(electrical skilled trades), Pipefitters, Welders, and Die-makers. Support and manage through others, on production

activities, quality requirements, professional and preventative maintenance, continuous improvement measures, and

Stellantis Industrial System (SIS) initiatives. Assist in team building, planning, prioritizing work, and analyze root

causes to solve problems. Actively drive the team's SIS processes. Basic Qualifications: Bachelor's degree, or high
