Maintenance Mechanic/hvac Technician

About the Role

To install, maintain, troubleshoot, repair, and replace building automation systems (BAS) and utility metering systems

for state-owned and/or operated buildings. Includes system components such as thermostats, valves, pneumatic controls,

direct digital controls, variable air volume controls, and hydronic and steam systems associated with heating, cooling,

and ventilation. Employees in this position, install, maintain, repair, and inspect plumbing, mechanical systems,

electrical systems, and other facility components. The position is also responsible for installation, repair, and

operations of the heating/chilled water system to include but not limited to, boilers, chillers, pumps, tanks/heat
