Lead Cnc Machinist / Programmer
About the Role
Job Description Brown Jig Grinding is a precision machining and manufacturing shop. We do high-precision,
tight-tolerance gage, and fixture work for aerospace, medical, tooling, and industrial customers. We are looking to add
an experienced Lead CNC Machinist / Programmer to help strengthen production, improve workflow, and manage shop floor
activity. The right person will be heavily involved in programming, setup, machining, troubleshooting, scheduling
priorities,to improve efficiency and streamline job processes and helping guide day-to-day operations. Someone who takes
pride in getting jobs completed correctly, keeping machines productive, and helping create structure and accountability
