About the Role
Industrial Welder 1st or 2nd Shift Performs welding functions in the manufacturing of final product, sub-assemblies, or
components, and fabrication of same. Principal Responsibilities: TIG and MIG welding - professional looking, accurate,
quality welding Proficient use of welding equipment Reading and interpreting blueprints to determine the correct welding
needs for each job Daily bench welding of several different types of magnetic assemblies Assemble products per work
instructions and prints Coordinate work schedule with leader Willingness and ability to cross-train and perform other
job functions. High school diploma or equivalent with reading, writing, and basic math proficiency at the high school
