About the Role

Industrial Painter/Masker MCM is seeking a detail-oriented Painter/Masker to support industrial finishing and plating

operations. This role requires strong hand dexterity, precision, and the ability to maintain high quality standards in a

fast-paced manufacturing environment. Schedule & Pay: Starting pay: $17.00 per hour. Shift start time: 5:00 AM. Typical

workweek: 5060 hours, including substantial overtime. Schedule may fluctuate based on production and business needs. Key

Responsibilities: Mask and prepare metal parts for painting or coating processes Apply coatings or paint with close

attention to detail and consistency Inspect parts for defects, coverage quality, and accuracy Handle small or intricate
