Industrial Boiler Operator

About the Role

Maintenance/Security Under the supervision of either the Manager Facilities or Director of Facilities, performs

emergency, routine, and preventative maintenance in such diverse areas as boiler operations, electrical, plumbing,

HVAC&R, and mechanical. Demonstrates the ability to troubleshoot and take corrective action on systems and equipment

unique to a health care facility. Must have strong knowledge and experience in two or more described areas.

Responsibilities: Demonstrates ability to assess problem/situation and either complete repair or contact appropriate

personnel. Technical skills will be maintained and enhanced over time as mechanical skills advance. Utilizes tools and
