Industrial Boiler Operator

About the Role

Under the supervision of either the Manager Facilities or Director of Facilities, performs emergency, routine, and

preventative maintenance in such diverse are as boiler operations, electrical, plumbing, HVAC&R, and mechanical.

Demonstrates the ability to troubleshoot and take corrective action on systems and equipment unique to a health care

facility. Must have strong knowledge and experience in two or more described areas. RESPONSIBILITIES • Demonstrates

ability to assess problem/situation and either complete repair or contact appropriate personnel. • Technical skills will

be maintained and enhanced over time as mechanical skills advance. • Utilizes tools and test equipment associated with
