Grounds Maintenance Worker

About the Role

Job Title Assigned to: Municipal Golf Course Grounds Multiple positions available Incumbents are responsible for

performing tasks involved in the general maintenance of a seasonal operation primarily outside of a recreation facility

with routine manual labor work. REPORTING STRUCTURE: Receives direction from higher level Parks and Recreation

supervisory and management staff. Typical Class Essential Duties 1. Manual labor tasks per assigned workgroups which may

include: hand shoveling dirt and/or snow, snow blowing, snow making (if assigned to Hogadon Ski Area), watering,

sweeping, weeding, mowing, ladder climbing, cleaning, litter pick-up, trash collection, and object lifting and
