About the Role

Dispatcher Whitney Holdings is a small business operating in Michigan and Florida. We are looking for a reliable

professional to act as a communication point with techs in the field and customers. This individual will also schedule

jobs being mindful of job mix, duration and geographic common sense. You will receive requests, transmit messages and

track vehicles. The ideal candidate must be primarily an excellent communicator and able to remain calm and composed,

especially in emergency/tenuous situations. Previous experience in lead conversions is a plus! You must be able to
