About the Role

At Candlewyck Apartments, we take pride in maintaining a clean and welcoming environment for our residents. We're

currently seeking a dedicated Groundskeeper to join our team. The Groundskeeper will also provide support to the

property staff as needed to ensure efficient operations. The Groundskeeper will adhere to company policies and all

applicable federal, state, and local laws, including Fair Housing regulations. Maintaining lawns, gardens, and

landscaped areas year-round. Mowing grass, trimming shrubs, and selecting appropriate plants for walkways or garden

spaces. Raking leaves and caring for flowers, trees, and plants. Applying mulch, fertilizers, and pesticides as
