About the Role

Dispatcher The Dispatcher is the operational control center of the shift and plays a critical role in the success of the

entire operation. This position is responsible for coordinating shuttle movement, directing customer traffic flow,

maintaining terminal coverage, and ensuring customers receive fast, friendly, and professional service from arrival to

departure. A successful Dispatcher is organized, proactive, calm under pressure, and capable of managing multiple moving

parts simultaneously. The Dispatcher directly impacts customer wait times, operational efficiency, and the overall
