Electrical Equipment Specialist

About the Role

Under the supervision of either the Director or Manager Facilities Maintenance, performs emergency, routine, and

preventative maintenance specific to electrical equipment and systems and such diverse areas as electrical, plumbing,

HVAC&R, boiler operations, and mechanical. Demonstrates the ability to troubleshoot and take corrective action on

systems and equipment unique to a health care facility. Must have strong knowledge and experience in two or more

described areas. RESPONSIBILITIES • Completes all assigned work orders in a satisfactory and proper manner with

attention to priority. Completed work must contain proper documentation to include time spent, materials used and
