and allows individuals to continue to build skills providing opportunities to increase their compensation. Skill blocks
may include skills in Assembly, Machine Operation or Material Handling. Individuals with Material Handling skills
receive, store, and pull raw and finished goods through the facility in a safe, accurate and timely manner, along with
the proper part tracking. Operate equipment (standup/ sit-down/ swing reach forklift, aerial lift) in a safe and timely
