About the Role

Fleet Dispatcher As a Dispatcher, you'll play a crucial role in coordinating and managing service calls for our

technicians. Your responsibilities will include scheduling appointments, assigning technicians to jobs based on location

and expertise, and ensuring timely responses to customer requests. You'll communicate directly with customers and

service personnel, providing updates and addressing any issues that arise during service visits. Your work will ensure

customers receive prompt, effective service, contributing to overall customer satisfaction. Call center environment

experience, Past experience dispatching calls Willingness and ability to work irregular hours, weekends and/or holidays.
