Customer Service Representative- Builder Sales This role supports the Builder sales division by managing customer orders

while delivering excellent customer service. The ideal candidate will maintain accurate documentation, address inquiries

promptly, and build strong working relationships with customers, vendors, and internal teams. Customer Service & Order

Support Process, purchase, and manage incoming customer orders from the phone, email, and websites Respond to customer

inquiries and resolve issues in a timely, professional manner Input customer orders into the system accurately

Communicate with suppliers and subcontractors to ensure seamless scheduling and coordination Participate in team
