Position Summary: This role supports the Builder sales division by managing customer orders while delivering excellent
customer service. The ideal candidate will maintain accurate documentation, address inquiries promptly, and build strong
working relationships with customers, vendors and internal teams. Key Responsibilities May Include: Customer Service &
Order Support
* Process, purchase, and manage incoming customer orders from the phone, email and websites
* Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely, professional manner.
