Cnc Setup Machine Operator

About the Role

3rd Shift CNC SET-UP/OPERATOR Department: Fabrication Reports To: Shift Facilitator Shift Days/Hours: 10 hr. shifts

(Mon-Thurs) 9:00 pm- 7:00 am. Setup and adjust CNC Machines Working knowledge of Vertical CNC Mills (3 and 4 Axis)

Working knowledge of all CNC screens and functions Work with Quality dept. to interpret layout data Perform

equipment/maintenance checks to include: Able to understand material handling techniques to package parts off CNC as

necessary Responsible for all machined parts on the CNC machine. Clean machine at the end of the shift Production sheet

Parts progress reports SPC quality sheets Inform the Supervisor of any equipment problems or any other problems. Work in
