About the Role

Job Description We’re looking for a Senior CNC Machinist who enjoys complex setups, problem-solving, and leading by

example on the shop floor. This is a hands-on role , not management — ideal for an experienced machinist who wants

influence without leaving the machines. Set up and operate CNC mills and/or lathes Perform in-process inspections using

micrometers, indicators, and height gages Support and mentor other machinists Document work and inspection results in

ProShop ERP 5+ years of CNC machining experience ~ Experience with Mastercam and precision inspection tools ~ Solid

understanding of tooling, materials, and machining strategies ~ Reliable, quality-focused, and team-oriented Clean,
