About the Role

1st Shift CNC Machine Operators COMPENSATION: $17.00 Hourly LOCATION: Jackson, MI JOB TYPE: Full-time SCHEDULE:

Monday-Friday STANDARD HOURS: 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM POSITION OVERVIEW: CNC Machine Operators are critical in our machining,

assembly, and heat treat processes for powertrain, suspension, and brake parts used in on and off-highway automotive

applications. Operators are responsible for setting up and operating multi-axis CNC equipment, ensuring compliance with

customer specifications and internal quality standards. DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES: Operate multi-axis CNC equipment

including Horizontal & Vertical Machining Centers, Gear Hobbing Machines, and CNC Lathes with live tooling. Machine
