About the Role

JOB SUMMARY The primary focus of the position is to assemble the framework structure essential for the construction of

houses. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Cut material to specified measurements Assemble the major structural

elements of a wood-framed building Build walls out of studs, sills, and headers Build floors from joists and beams Frame

roofs using ridge poles and rafters or trusses Erect and dismantle scaffolding Install windows and doors Verify trueness

of structure Perform all duties within the scope of AVB Safety Guidelines and maintain a safe and clean environment

Report any safety violations on site to the Project Manager EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE Achieved a high school diploma
