About the Role

Work hard and have fun baking, preparing and frosting cookies!

**Starting base pay of $8.50 - $9.50 / hour + TIPS (tip pool). We typically see a post-tips total rate of around $12.00

- $14.00 / hour for full tip pool participants. You may opt out of the tip pool at any time.**

We seek skilled, creative bakers who love a fun work environment and strive to provide high-quality baked goods. The

Baker understands recipes, performs quality checks on ingredients and finished products, uses frostings, glazes,

fillings, and other toppings to enhance item presentation.
