About the Role

Job Title: Cafe Baker Location: Traverse City, MI Summary of the Position: Cherry Republic's baker supports the retail

stores cafe/bakery and is responsible for the preparation of baked goods with regard to the operational standards and

recipes of the Cherry Republic. Essential Responsibilities: ~ Set-up and stock stations with all necessary supplies. ~

Prepare a variety of baked goods. ~ Cover, date and correctly store all pieces and food prep items. ~ Use food

preparation tools in accordance with safety regulations. ~ Returns dirty food preparation utensils to the appropriate

areas. ~ Always maintain a prepared, clean and sanitary work area. ~ Constantly use safe and hygienic food handling
