About the Role
Work Flexibility: Onsite Schedule: Sun - Thurs, 9:45pm - 6:15am, OT Required What You Will Do: As an Advanced Welder at
Stryker, you will support the production of precision components used in life-saving medical technologies. This role
combines advanced manual welding, machining support, and troubleshooting to ensure high-quality output in a regulated
manufacturing environment. Perform manual MIG and TIG welding to manufacture parts to specification Operate and support
fabrication equipment, including robotic welding (Level 2) and CNC processes Set up and run production while maintaining
