About the Role
Core Responsibilities: · Lead daily operations of the Hot Runner assembly team including assigning tasks, monitoring
performance, and ensuring deadlines are met. · Review, interpret, and clarify complex engineering drawings and CAD files
to guide accurate hot runner assembly. · Set up, assemble, wire, and test hot runner systems ensuring all parts meet
required specifications and certification standards. · Serve as the primary technical resource for troubleshooting
issues related to hot runner functionality. · Verify assembled parts using precision measuring instruments and maintain
high-quality production output. · Provide training and mentoring to team members to build skills and ensure adherence to
