Aircraft Maintenance Technician Traveling
About the Role
Aviation Maintenance Technician Inspects and repairs University's aircraft fleet. Support of flight in compliance with
Federal Aviation Administration regulations and the maintenance department's policies and procedures. Major Duties:
Inspects aircraft, including engine, electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and structural systems. Records and documents
work performed in accordance with Federal Aviation Administration regulations, including Airframe and Powerplant license
numbers. Repairs aircraft and supporting systems. Taxies aircraft and performs aircraft engine operational checks.
Supports students through their aviation maintenance department internships. Looks after maintenance shop and shop
