Mechanic. The Instructor for Heavy-Duty Mechanic Courses is responsible for delivering comprehensive training programs

focused on transit and truck maintenance and repair. Instruction emphasizes diagnostics, preventive maintenance, and

safety protocols across diesel, gasoline, electric, and hybrid fleet systems. This role combines classroom instruction

with hands-on shop training in real-world applications. The instructor leads engaging learning experiences, and mentors'

students to strengthen diagnostic skills, improve fleet reliability, and reduce vehicle downtime. The training program
